Senior Financial Analyst Summary:
The Senior Decision Support Analyst is responsible for providing corporate financial and statistical analysis to assess the financial and operational impacts of management decisions and strategic proposals. This role is pivotal in delivering data-driven insights to improve system performance, cost management, and overall operational efficiency.

Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support through in-depth analysis from various data sources, translating data into actionable insights for management decisions.
  • Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities, propose strategies for program enhancements, and revise existing programs as needed.
  • Identify areas of cost control and recommend corrective actions to address cost management issues.
  • Conduct and assist in preparing strategic and operational studies to drive system performance improvements and make recommendations for operational efficiencies.
  • Verify the accuracy of reporting data, ensuring data integrity is maintained.
  • Support the implementation of new systems, providing insights to align system functions with business objectives.
  • Manage and analyze large datasets, ensuring information accuracy and relevance for strategic purposes.

Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in accounting, business, finance, healthcare administration, or a related area. (Required)
  • Experience:
  • Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization. (Strongly Preferred)
  • Cost accounting experience, with a focus on financial analysis and operational cost management. (Strongly Preferred)
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to interpret large datasets.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in data validation and reporting.
