Acutronic is looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, overseeing office procedures, and supporting staff to enhance efficiency and productivity. Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in office management or administrative roles.

Your Roles/Responsibilities:
- Manage correspondence, including receiving/ directing phone calls and sorting/ distributing mail
- Greet and sign in all on-site guests warmly and professionally upon their arrival, providing them with necessary information and assistance
- Conduct background screenings for visitors prior to their visit, ensuring security protocols are followed
- Assist project management with customer site visits, including ordering lunch and preparing necessary documents
- Negotiate travel contracts for vendors for company travel, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company travel policies
- Coordinate travel logistics for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation as needed
- Assist the finance team with processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Your Profile/Qualifications/Skills:
- Associate s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, equivalent experience would be considered
- At least 5+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
