JOB DESCRIPTION
- VOICE OF THE REGION, ROADMAP & COMMUNICATIONSupport on gathering US teams requirements / needs and pass the information along to the Ecom HQ team
- Support on building the bridge between digital HQ team and US teams in terms of communication (brands, logistics, CS, IT, etc.)
- Support on building presentations for Ecom stakeholders and high level management.
- OMNICHANNEL SERVICES ROLL-OUTCoordination of OMNI services launch between HQ and brands local teams
- Support on the dry-run tests for new services
- Support on issues troubleshooting
- RUN (BUSINESS AS USUAL)Support on escalating IT tickets with the IT teams (being the bridge between the ticket requester and IT)
- Support on analysis to gather volumes for IT change requests
- Support on training related to OMS, OMNI app, LUCE app, etc. when needed
- Support on marketplace related topics

- Ability to adapt to different seniority levels (roles, meetings, etc.)
