Future Tech is seeking an experienced IT Program and Asset Services Manager to lead the delivery of global IT procurement, asset management, and service delivery for a designated client. Acting as the primary client liaison, this role ensures all services meet quality and SLA standards, and continually seeks improvements across asset and inventory management, service processes, and vendor relationships. The IT Program and Asset Services Manager will play a key role in demand forecasting, resource planning, and client satisfaction, aligning operations with client and company objectives.
This is a U.S.-based, full-time remote position. The work hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30a - 5:30p Eastern Time. Our benefit offerings include Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, 401k with employer match, and PTO.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the IT asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular audits and engage third-party logistics (3PL) providers to meet KPIs.
- Oversee the program s IT services, including order processing and system imaging ensuring quality standards and SLA compliance.
- Lead incident and problem resolution efforts while using metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships to understand service expectations. Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, address issues, and explore new opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients on demand forecasting using historical data and trends while ensuring supply aligns with demand through effective procurement and staffing management.
- Lead designated IT service delivery and asset management teams, providing necessary training and performance feedback to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee 3PL providers to ensure adherence to KPIs and service standards, regularly assessing performance against organizational requirements.
- Implement ITIL best practices for incident, change, and problem management, and establish workflows for consistent and efficient service delivery.
- Identify and implement enhancements in service delivery and asset management while staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations in all IT services, asset management, and procurement activities.
- Develop and manage budgets for ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in IT service delivery, procurement, and asset management, with proven experience in Service Level Management, reporting, and trend analysis.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in asset management and service management tools such as ServiceNow, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and continuous improvement practices.
- Service and Asset Management Skills: Proficient in managing IT services and asset lifecycles, with hands-on experience in implementing ITIL frameworks and process improvements.
- Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to drive team performance, manage client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Certifications: ITIL certification (Foundation, Practitioner, or Expert) preferred; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support client and service delivery requirements.
- Independence and Detail Orientation: Ability to work independently while managing multiple service offerings effectively, with meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of service delivery and documentation.
