As the Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Analyst, you will make an immediate impact, protecting and securing customer data, creating personalized customer experiences, and improving business services.

As the Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Analyst, you will be a master at:
  • Developing and Implementing CIAM solutions
  • Facilitating Agile projects
  • Assuring the quality and analyzing data
  • Collaborating effectively with internal and external teams
  • Harnessing technical acumen for comprehensive solutions
  • Taking initiative to drive projects

This Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Analyst will act as a liaison between multiple business units and IT, defining goals and conducting technical analyses. You will have the opportunity to display your skills while also mentoring and leading more junior analysts.

What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in process improvements
  • Business Analysis experience in the financial services industry
  • Certified Business Analyst skills preferred
  • Agile framework experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Complex problem-solving abilities
