We are in search of an D365 Systems Analyst to be a part of our dynamic team located in South Denver. This role will provide you with an opportunity to consult with our business staff on process and service improvements, evaluate the fit of in-use solutions, and develop solution requirements. The position offers a contract-to-hire employment opportunity, providing a platform for growth and development in your career.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business staff to improve processes and services through the effective use of information technology

Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements to drive solution development

Evaluate the suitability of current solutions and explore market alternatives

Develop and enhance solution architecture to meet business needs

Design solutions that align with the established architecture

Develop comprehensive test plans to ensure solution designs meet the requirements

Install and configure software applications on existing infrastructure

Conduct tests to verify correct software installation and configuration

Monitor and manage software application availability, capacity, and performance

Respond to and mitigate incidents related to software applications

Investigate and resolve problems related to software applications

Develop and maintain relations with third-party support and vendors

Mentor and train team members in IT methods, practices, and tools.

Requirements

Demonstrable experience with Microsoft ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and CRM systems
Proficiency in Client Side Scripting
Familiarity with Cloud Technologies and their application in business environments
Comprehensive understanding of Business Process Functions
Ability to develop and document Business Requirement Documents
Experience with Configuration Management
Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Skills in AB Testing and API Development
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and learn new skills as required
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with other departments
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Willingness to stay updated on new technologies and trends in the ERP/CRM field.
