Member First Mortgage is seeking a Senior Escrow Specialist to join our growing team in Grand Rapids, MI. Responsibilities:
- Manages and performs Quarterly Escrow Audits for standard portfolio, bankruptcy loans, and loss mitigation requests. Analyzes and validates escrow analysis preparation including stops and flags to ensure escrow accounts are analyzed at the appropriate time.
- Answer incoming phone calls and responds to member emails and voicemails within the Escrow Call Queue.
- Ensure all policies, procedures, and reports are accurate and recorded properly.
- Secondary backup to Servicing Call Center and responding to emails and voicemails.
Education : A high school education or GED.
Other Skills:
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to listen and communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Attention to detail.
- Solid time management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
