Business Analyst Intern

Mission:

The mission of the Business Analyst Intern is to work alongside the executive team to secure substantial, high-profit contracts with U.S. government agencies. This role centers on driving company growth by identifying, negotiating, and partnering with the most competitive suppliers for government contracts, while developing winning proposals that achieve top bid success.

Key Outcomes:

  • Revenue Growth: Triple yearly company revenue before Q3.
  • Secure a minimum of four new government contracts within the first year.
  • Submit at least two government bids daily.
  • Develop and implement a strategic system for consistently winning bids.
  • Profit Margin Maintenance: Sustain contract profit margins between 10% and 33%.
  • Negotiate advantageous pricing and delivery terms to achieve profits exceeding 10%.
  • Cultivate and sustain long-term partnerships with key distribution partners.
  • Leadership Development: Transition into a leadership role by onboarding and training new team members.
  • Create and refine a training guide for internal processes as needed.
  • Lead the onboarding of new sales team members, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Reporting and Improvement: Provide monthly sales reports detailing outcomes and recommendations for future improvements.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Strong ability to conduct sales calls and communicate confidently.
  • Experience writing persuasive proposals and engaging professionally through email and other channels is a plus.
  • Prior sales experience is strongly preferred.
