As a Senior Product and Solutions Consultant on the Innovations team, you will lead and manage the end-to-end process of delivering Genesys App Foundry applications and solutions. This role requires a blend of product development and consulting expertise, with responsibilities spanning ideation, architecture, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing management. Your goal: help customers unlock new capabilities and efficiency from their Genesys platforms.
Key Responsibilities
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$99,000.00 - $194,300.00

As a Senior Product and Solutions Consultant on the Innovations team, you will lead and manage the end-to-end process of delivering Genesys App Foundry applications and solutions. This role requires a blend of product development and consulting expertise, with responsibilities spanning ideation, architecture, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing management. Your goal: help customers unlock new capabilities and efficiency from their Genesys platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of best practices for data visualization and content development using Elastic Stack, particularly Elasticsearch and Kibana.
- Architect, implement, and configure Kibana visualizations, focusing on user requirements and product specifications.
- Drive the full lifecycle of Elasticsearch and Kibana implementations to ensure robust data accessibility, usability, and integration.
- Apply expertise in Elastic Stack best practices to create advanced searches, visualizations, and dashboards within Kibana.
- Oversee the development process, ensuring deliverables align with technical requirements, and provide seamless integration with Genesys platforms.
- Communicate effectively with a diverse range of audiences, from developers and technical leads to senior leaders and business owners.
- 5+ years of experience in product development, product management, or consulting within the contact center industry.
- Demonstrated expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Advanced experience working with Genesys platforms, including Genesys Cloud or Engage.
- Hands-on proficiency in Elasticsearch and Kibana, with a track record of successful implementations.
- Proficiency in transforming, improving, and integrating large datasets for accessibility and utility.
- Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, team-centric environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Certification in Elasticsearch.
- Certification in Genesys Cloud.
- Familiarity with software development and project management frameworks.
- Experience in consulting or developing products/solutions in contact center technologies (e.g., Genesys Engage, Cisco, Avaya).
