Business Supply Analyst needed for a Contract opportunity with Yoh s client located in St. Charles, Missouri. Work Type: Hybrid 2-3 per week in Office.

Position Overview: The Business Supply Analyst will play a central role in our Order Management System (OMS) by gathering requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiencies. The OMS is essential to business operations, including order management and product roadmaps. This role requires a proactive and independent analyst who can effectively work within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) environment, especially in pet food and health-related industries.
Experience

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in CPG, Supply Chain, or OMS environments
• OMS experience, especially in supply chain and logistics within a CPG company
• Familiarity with the pet food and/or health industries
• Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and Agile methodologies
• Proven capability to create flowcharts, entity relationships, and business diagrams using Microsoft Visio
• Knowledge of Source Control Systems and Change Management Practices

• Ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Process-oriented and results-driven, with a high attention to detail
• Collaborative team player with a broad understanding of business and technology strategies
