Position Overview: The Business Supply Analyst will play a central role in our Order Management System (OMS) by gathering requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiencies. The OMS is essential to business operations, including order management and product roadmaps. This role requires a proactive and independent analyst who can effectively work within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) environment, especially in pet food and health-related industries.

This role requires a proactive and independent analyst who can effectively work within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) environment, especially in pet food and health-related industries.
Experience
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in CPG, Supply Chain, or OMS environments
- OMS experience, especially in supply chain and logistics within a CPG company
- Familiarity with the pet food and/or health industries
- Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and Agile methodologies
- Proven capability to create flowcharts, entity relationships, and business diagrams using Microsoft Visio
- Knowledge of Source Control Systems and Change Management Practices
- Ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Process-oriented and results-driven, with a high attention to detail
- Collaborative team player with a broad understanding of business and technology strategies
- Proficient in continuous integration, continuous delivery, and design thinking
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements effectively
- Ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Process-oriented and results-driven, with a high attention to detail
- Collaborative team player with a broad understanding of business and technology strategies
- Proficient in continuous integration, continuous delivery, and design thinking
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements effectively
- Initiative and self-motivation
- Excellent problem-solving skills, especially in high-integration digital platforms
- Ability to manage tasks independently and proactively seek assistance when needed
- Experience in CPG, Supply Chain, or OMS systems
- Demonstrated understanding of supply chain and logistics
- Working experience in the pet food or health sector is a plus
