Oracle Advanced Collections Techno functional - HYBRID

Key Skills

Techno-Functional Expertise:

• Previous hands-on experience with Advanced Collections, including configurations, customizations, and validations.
• Ability to validate, troubleshoot, and provide input on vendor configurations, customizations, and extensions before final validation by the business team.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce to Oracle integrations.
• Strong understanding of data enrichment and system-level attributes.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Experience creating and managing unit tests, SIT scenarios, and other testing plans.
• Familiarity with UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare processes.
• Ability to conduct thorough code and configuration reviews in line with the client s standards.

Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution:

• Ability to troubleshoot vendor-related issues and support the project through hypercare.
• A proactive approach to identifying and addressing implementation gaps and assessing post-implementation requirements.

Project Coordination and Vendor Management:

• Ability to work as the main point of contact between vendor teams (onsite/offshore) and the client.
• Proven experience coordinating with stakeholders throughout all project phases (from inception through hypercare).
• Strong communication skills to facilitate coordination between multiple teams (vendor, integration, salesforce, engineering).

Onsite Presence and Collaboration:

• Willingness to work onsite to ensure efficient collaboration with stakeholders (especially in PST time zone).
• Ability to maintain high availability for discussions, validation, and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with YayPay exit processes and onboarding of new Advanced Collections solutions.
• Ability to work independently and commit 100% to coordinating daily with the vendor.
