We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Media Manager in Wilmington, Delaware. This role is situated within an industry that requires the purchase and monitoring of advertising space and airtime on behalf of businesses. The ideal candidate should be able to efficiently manage advertisements and ad campaigns, ensuring they reach the intended audience through the most effective channels. This role will mainly focus on the paid social space.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the purchasing of media space and airtime across various platforms, including Facebook Ad, Bing, and DSP.

Develop and manage effective advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with the target audience and brand awareness strategies.

Utilize Facebook Insights and CRM tools to analyze campaign performance and customer interactions.

Coordinate with broadcast and cabling service providers to ensure smooth execution of ad campaigns.

Monitor and update customer credit records in line with company policy.

Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Maintain a high level of knowledge about industry trends and advancements.

Assess the outcomes of ad campaigns and make necessary adjustments for optimization.

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service and satisfaction.

Ensure all advertising content adheres to legal and company guidelines.

Proficient in leveraging Bing for media buying purposes
Competent in using CRM systems to manage and analyze customer interactions and data
Familiar with digital signal processing (DSP) for creating, producing, and manipulating digital signals
Experienced in using Facebook Ad Manager for creating and managing ad campaigns
Skilled in interpreting Facebook Insights to make data-driven decisions for ad campaigns
Adept in creating and managing ad campaigns across various platforms
Knowledgeable in designing effective advertisements to promote products or services
Capable of raising brand awareness through strategic media buying
Understanding of broadcast media buying and its impact on marketing campaigns
Familiarity with cabling in relation to broadcast and digital signal transmission is a plus.
