Role Description

As the Sales Development Representative, you will lay the foundation and shape the future of our export business.

You will be responsible for leading our new business sales activity to the startup ecosystem. Including prospecting, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. You will also be responsible for developing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and conducting market research.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate joint business plans to maintain long term growth by understanding business objectives, KPIs and challenges.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline, to achieve revenue targets, drive penetration and account growth.
  • Conducting market research and identifying potential partners.
  • Leading presentations and demos of Humanz to new partners.
  • Meeting sales targets for partner deals – including pipeline management, forecasting and achieving growth.
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional Humanz services and solutions to existing clients, driving revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Experience selling SaaS to tech companies.
  • 1-2 years experience in SDR/Outbound sales in the US market roles.
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry - a plus.
  • A passion for marketing and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently
