The firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Private Equity Group in our New York office. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least three years of experience advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies in a variety of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity investments and other general corporate matters.

Pay Transparency
The firm's expected hiring range for this position is $310,000 - $420,000 per year depending on the candidate's geographic market location. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate's experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications. - Admitted to practice in the state of New York
- Minimum 3 years of private equity experience.
- Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC experience.
