We identify insights from over 30+ tools used by your customers and target accounts, seamlessly integrating those account changes directly into your workflows and internal processes.

We just closed our Series A and are expanding our incredible NYC-based team of software engineers. Lantern's Software Engineers are highly collaborative and seasoned early-stage start-up engineers with expertise in object-oriented programming and modern software development methodologies and tools. These are full-time roles based in NYC, and the team works in an office four days a week.

As a Senior Software Engineer at Lantern you will:

  • Develop and maintain back-end web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy software solutions.
  • Actively participate in code reviews and drive technical decisions
  • Mentor junior team members

Our Tech Stack:

  • Frontend: React with Typescript
  • Backend: Node.js or Python
  • Database: PostgreSQL
  • Data Processing: Python

What you'll bring to Lantern:

  • Strong skills in Computer Science, Software Development, and Back-End Web Development at an early-stage start-up or a later stage start-up during a period of tremendous growth
  • Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Experience with modern software development methodologies and tools
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Prior experience in the AI or revenue management industry is a plus

Compensation Range: $150K - $220K
