We are currently seeking a VP of Sales to lead and expand our sales efforts by driving strategy, overseeing email marketing and lead generation, and building a high-performing sales team. This role includes direct responsibility for training and managing the sales team, establishing sales goals, and driving innovative strategies to grow revenue. Ideal candidates have a strong sales leadership background, digital marketing expertise, and a proven track record of building effective sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Leadership
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
    • Oversee and coordinate the sales team’s activities, setting clear sales territories, quotas, and targets.
    • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Track results and trends to forecast business performance accurately.
    • Report regularly on team and individual performance, making data-driven recommendations.
  • Sales Team Training & Development
    • Lead recruitment and hiring of new sales team members, ensuring a high standard of team performance.
    • Train, mentor, and support the sales team, providing tools and guidance for success.
    • Develop and implement training programs and professional development to continuously improve team skills.
  • Email Marketing & Lead Generation
    • Collaborate with the team to design and manage email campaigns that increase customer engagement and drive conversions.
    • Oversee lead generation strategies, ensuring effective conversion from lead to sale.
    • Track and analyze metrics from email marketing and lead generation efforts to refine approaches and improve outcomes.
  • Partnership Development
    • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients to expand our market reach and create additional revenue streams.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in sales
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate a team
  • Ability to build rapport with team members and clients
  • Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach to sales
