As a Mitigation Sales Estimator, you’ll be vital in guiding projects from start to finish, managing residential and commercial mitigation and reconstruction work, estimating, selling, and overseeing each job’s progress. - Base Salary: Competetive, plus commission
- Potential for Draw: Available to support income during the commission ramp-up period based on candidates' qualifications
- Bonuses: Based on revenue and profitability, allowing top performers to achieve outstanding earnings
- Estimate & Manage Projects: Meet with clients, assess project needs, and develop detailed, accurate scopes and estimates for mitigation and restoration work.
- Client Relations & Sales: Build strong relationships with clients, handle sales, negotiate, and close deals on residential and commercial projects.
- Project Oversight: Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget, and address any variances as they arise.
- Construction Knowledge: Apply knowledge of building codes, source removal, decontamination, and restoration techniques to estimate and execute successful jobs.
- Xactimate Expertise: Create detailed floor plans, multi-level sketches, and accurate cost projections using Xactimate software.
- Budget & Schedule Compliance: Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resources, making adjustments as necessary.
- Proven experience estimating and managing residential and commercial mitigation/reconstruction projects
- Proficiency with Xactimate software, including the ability to create accurate sketches, cost breakdowns, and competitive estimates
- Strong understanding of local building codes and standards
- Experience with controlled demolition, structure cleaning, and decontamination
- Outstanding client communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills with an independent approach to managing your work
