  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Description

You will serve as a Supervisory Operations Research Analyst in the Cost and Acquisition Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.

Position Duties/Responsibilities
  • You will ensure that all products and services provided to Cost and Acquisition Analysis Department Customers are in accordance with established policy, procedures and processes.
  • You will coordinate with the NAVAIR Technical Warrant Holder (TWH) when you are uncertain about criteria associated with SME empowerment, or the execution of technical work.
  • You will acquire the knowledge needed to maintain their technical proficiency in the area of cost analysis (theories, methods, techniques, tools, training etc.).
  • You will share lessons learned, knowledge and data (cost, technical and programmatic) gained through the execution of duties and by attending professional conferences and training events.
  • You will contribute to change and growth within the Cost Department by assisting in the research and development of new tools, techniques, processes, and training.
