Our client is a high-growth SaaS portfolio company, backed by a prominent Private Equity firm.

A leader in their field, their cloud-based solutions, combined with an iPad mobile application, provides companies with the capability to perform and manage their business within a single comprehensive solution.

About you:

  • You are a seasoned doer, with extensive experience in RevOps and a proven track record of success, within the B2B SaaS sector
  • You are a Salesforce Admin and have working experience with Pardot and Chargebee
  • You are a self-starter with a commitment to maintaining high standards of data integrity and a process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • You are highly collaborative and possess good EQ with the ability to prioritize and work with multiple departments

What you will do:

  • Ensure that data is integrated across the entire GTM technology stack (Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach and Chargebee)
  • Standardize, deduplicate, and enrich the data flowing through the GTM technology stack, including the prospect database
  • Lead lifecycle mapping, making sure that the requisite data is collected and available through each stage of the funnel
  • Provide governance around all data definitions and ensure integrity of all data components
  • will lead the development and maintenance of KPI dashboards, empowering the GTM team with self-service monitoring capabilities
  • will conduct in-depth analyses to generate actionable insights, identifying risks and opportunities for informed decision-making
  • Lead campaign-level attribution, providing insights that allow us to more easily ascertain which activities and channels are the best performing
  • Compile weekly insights on sales expectations, building a rolling forecast based on results and changes in our sales funnel
  • Develop executive level presentations, as needed for C Level and the Board
  • Understand the key pipeline plays that are being driven by Sales and Marketing, and how those are performing
  • Analyze the impact of new and existing processes and recommend changes to maximize outcomes
  • Recommend tests and optimizations the GTM team can perform, and support the account exec and SDR team in implementing those tests
  • Support lead routing so that our broader sales team is as efficient and effective as possible
  • Train teams on our tools and software as needed to ensure efficient usage of and data entry into our tech stack
  • Calculate bonuses and commissions monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Manage all user administration for each component of our tech stack

What you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations
  • Minimum of 2+ years in Revenue Operations within a growing B2B software company
  • Salesforce and Pardot admin experience
  • Experience with integrating Billing platforms like Chargebee
  • Familiarity with sales engagement and enablement tools like SalesLoft or Outreach
  • Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions and migrating the acquired company’s data to our tech stack
  • Proficiency in creating executive-level performance reports and real-time dashboards
  • Experience with database CRM hygiene and custom Salesforce development
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or .csv list management
