- This position is fully in-office.
Responsibilities Include:
Employee Onboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, data entering employee information, ordering uniforms, and issuing clock-in numbers.
- Conduct I9 Verification
- Perform background checks
- Data enter employee termination paperwork.
- Handle basic employee relations matters and escalate complex issues to HR management.
- Respond to employee queries via phone, email and internal HRIS system.
- Greet clients and visitors as they enter
- Order office supplies as needed.
- Answer office phones
- Maintain HR paperwork and database
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive HR information
- Basic understanding of HR principles,
- High Attention to Detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in Paycom or HRIS is preferred but not required
