In this role, you’ll develop, implement, and oversee strategic social media plans that drive engagement, enhance brand visibility, and deliver on our clients’ goals. This is an opportunity to shape and direct social media strategies while managing a team of talented platform specialists.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute customized social media strategies that align with each client’s objectives.
• Maintain and optimize content calendars and posting schedules, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.
• Oversee a team of platform specialists responsible for daily content posting across various social media platforms.
• Analyze social media metrics and refine strategies to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure social media plans align with overall marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance our clients’ social media presence.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating steady account growth and measurable success.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and industry trends.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and direct a team of social media specialists.
