Reporting Associate
Balentine is seeking a full-time Reporting Associate to assist in providing accurate and timely performance reporting for Balentine’s clients. The Reporting Associate will work closely with the Client Service and Operations team and report to the Reporting Manager. This person will play a critical role in providing consistent and error-free reports to the ultra-high-net-worth clients that Balentine services.
The successful candidate must be technologically savvy, proactive, efficient, and able to display a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times. They will also have a strong attention to detail.

Reporting Associate
Balentine is seeking a full-time Reporting Associate to assist in providing accurate and timely performance reporting for Balentine’s clients. The Reporting Associate will work closely with the Client Service and Operations team and report to the Reporting Manager. This person will play a critical role in providing consistent and error-free reports to the ultra-high-net-worth clients that Balentine services.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will understand that a great attitude and efficiency in technology and task management will be key drivers for success. We expect this person to, with training, perform the following responsibilities:
- Input and maintain various data points within Addepar, our portfolio reporting system, in a consistent and timely manner
- Act as a second checker for data flowing into Addepar and adjacent platforms
- Process requested updates connected to client reporting within standard turnaround times
- Synthesize new manual and automated processes to assist in growing Balentine’s performance reporting offerings
- Participate in team cross-training efforts and provide vacation coverage to other members of the team
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 2-3 years of experience working in the Financial Services industry, internships included
- Understanding of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Microsoft Excel expertise preferred
- Understanding of a broad range of investment products, including alternative and private capital asset classes
- Experience with Addepar or other Financial Services reporting platforms required
- Experience with Box, Salesforce, and Pershing/NetX360 is a plus
