Responsibilities

  • Hire, coach, and retain a team of top-performing Account Executives
  • Create and maintain dashboards and standard metrics to measure and improve team performance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales goals with overall company objectives
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Regularly report on sales performance and forecasts to senior management

Requirements

  • Health Insurance License
  • 7-10 years of experience in quota-carrying sales roles with 4+ years of management experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in hiring, training, and developing high-performing sales teams including compensation plan & territory design
  • Proficiency in creating and analyzing sales metrics and dashboards
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales technologies
