Non-profit organization is seeking a temp to perm HRIS Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience with HRIS systems and is also a quick learner of new databases.
Temp to perm opportunity
Hourly pay: $40 - $45/hr
Hybrid schedule in NYC
Responsibilities:
- Provide system support, administration, and guidance to HR team
- Troubleshoot issues with HR system, perform system maintenance and upgrades
- Assist with providing production support by analyzing, researching and resolving issues
- Determine and communicate best practices for process improvement and functionality
- Conduct audits related to data integrity
- Act as a liaison between HR, IT, other departments and vendors regarding HRIS implementation, changes, and design
- Generate reports on key metrics
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of experience using HRIS systems
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce or Workday preferred
- Tech-savvy and a quick learner of new systems, proficient computer skills
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and clients
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail, handle sensitive information with the highest integrity
