- Prepare, proofread, and edit legal documents and correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Assist with billing processes by entering and managing time records
- Handle client communications, both written and verbal, with professionalism and confidentiality
- Manage electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring documents are accurately filed and easily accessible
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information as needed
- Minimum of 2 years of legal-specific administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Typing speed of 75 wpm or higher
- Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail
