  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A

Position Overview:

BGSF has partnered with a private, PE-backed manufacturing client to find a Senior FP&A Analyst to assist in financial planning/reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. This is a newly created position also gives you an opportunity to provide critical insights for strategic decision-making to the executive leadership team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly operating reports.
  • Generate compliance reports for financial institutions.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide clear commentary.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to make timely recommendations.
  • Collaborate with finance leadership on KPI development and monitoring.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of FP&A experience; manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Strong accounting knowledge and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to learn ERP systems independently (Prophix and Tableau experience highly preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Work Environment:

  • Location: Hobby Airport, Houston, TX
  • Hybrid model: 2 days WFH

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: Up to $110K
  • Bonus potential: Discretionary
