Our customer base is rapidly expanding and there is a need to support them in implementing their sensors on our cloud and on-premise platforms.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support and Implementation Specialist at Triton Sensors. The specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, they will assist with product implementation, training, and troubleshooting to optimize user experience. It is very important to be very tech savvy and be highly trained in regards to troubleshooting network problems, configuring firewalls, etc.
