Position Overview:
TapestryHealth is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, a deep understanding of care management services (CCM, RPM, RTM), and exceptional skills in data analysis. The COO will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, ensuring the delivery of superior care management services, and scaling operations in a fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in delivery of services.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness through process optimization and streamlining operations.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and refine care management protocols, systems, and workflows.
- Monitor and report on patient outcomes and satisfaction both internally and to external customers.
- Utilize data analytics to drive decision making and improve operational performance.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of service lines.
- Analyze, interpret, and develop key insights leveraging data from various tools to provide timely, accurate, and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for growth and expansion in the healthcare technology market.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and vendors.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans and organizational vision.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Oversee quality assurance programs to maintain the highest standards of patient care.
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure alignment and synergy across functions, fostering communication and collaboration
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive healthcare operations, with a strong background in care management. Post Acute experience a strong plus.
- Experience implementing and billing for telehealth and/or care management services such as CCM, RPM, etc.
- Experience with P&L management, data analysis, and healthcare technology tools.
- Expertise in data analysis and performance measurement to inform decisions.
- Strong leadership abilities including skills in team building, communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to influence change while showing respect for what has been built.
- Ability to travel as needed for business meetings.
