Technical abilities include: basic understanding of general building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

ONSITE: local candidates only to Burbank, CA
LOCATION should be on the resume, otherwise, it will be declined.
Initial assignment length: 6 months with possibility of extension depending on performance and team fit.
Primary Office: 3601 West Alameda Blvd, Burbank
Will be a regular 5-day, 40-hour week, NOT 9/80
Manager Notes:
Ideal candidate has both technical acumen and exceptional customer service skills
PROBLEM SOLVER: “let me find out how I can do that” and then willing to do the research and leg work to solve for any issues.
Candidate will coordinate facilities maintenance and vendor relationship between all sites which includes driving between locations to meet vendors for repair or picking up supplies.
Candidate needs to be able to communicate well and on-time between all stakeholders.
Will not self-perform repairs but will be responsible for coordinating with appropriate vendors.
Workplace coordinators ARE NOT a good fit for this role.
Managers does not want to exclude candidates who may think they do not have the technical skills; she would much rather have someone who have more customer service skills with lesser technical skills though a balance between both is ideal.
