Position Summary
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for maintaining inventory and cycle counting processes for the site. Their duties include cycle counting, inventory management, inventory reconciliation, inventory audits and affiliated processes for raw materials /semi-finished goods/finished goods.

Position Summary
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for maintaining inventory and cycle counting processes for the site. Their duties include cycle counting, inventory management, inventory reconciliation, inventory audits and affiliated processes for raw materials /semi-finished goods/finished goods.
Responsibilities
- Perform Cycle Count Adjustments for raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.
- Investigate and reconcile any discrepancies for weekly cycle counts.
- Adjust inventory using SAP transactions for changes in inventory quantity or classification.
- Monitor overall inventory process to ensure all steps are completed per documented procedures.
- Maintain records for inventory and cycle counts based on audit requirements.
- Support Operations, Supply Chain, and Accounting with all inventory related tasks.
- Participate in on site audits related to inventory management and cycle counting processes.
- Must be 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 years of relevant clerical / administrative experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- SAP experience (Work notifications, process transactions)
- MES and Visitrak experience
- Cycle counting experience
- Strong skills in keeping tasks, supplies and files organized
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a business environment
- Ability to communicate with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
- Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
