Job Description:

  • The client is seeking a Training Communication and User Support Project Coordinator to develop and implement training programs for external stakeholders.
  • This role involves presenting reports and newsletters, supporting users, managing queries related to software, and addressing any issues and challenges that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for users.
  • Present reports and newsletters to stakeholders.
  • Provide user support, handling approximately 50 queries related to applications.
  • Prioritize and manage urgent user support issues.
  • Assist in project execution and coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Background in pharmaceuticals and clinical trials preferred.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize user support effectively.
