As they continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Customer Loyalty Manager to lead the creation and management of a strategic customer referral program.
As the Customer Loyalty Manager you will develop and implement a referral strategy that inspires and incentivizes existing customers to share the brand with others. You will play a key part in driving customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value by setting up a data-driven referral program that integrates seamlessly across teams and is continuously optimized for success. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a customer referral program that aligns with brand goals, boosting both acquisition and retention.
- Design compelling rewards and incentives that inspire existing customers to refer friends and family.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to weave the referral program into broader brand initiatives.
- Plan, execute, and manage referral campaigns, A/B tests, and ongoing promotions to enhance program reach and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics like referral conversions, customer acquisition cost, and program ROI to fine-tune performance.
- Provide leadership with regular insights, challenges, and opportunities to scale the program.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in designing, managing, and optimizing referral or loyalty programs, with a focus on customer engagement and incentives.
- Hands-on experience with referral and loyalty software, plus CRM and marketing tools such as ShopifyPlus and Klaviyo.
- Ability to segment customers based on behavior and purchasing patterns to drive targeted campaigns.
- Proven track record of tracking KPIs and analyzing program effectiveness.
Salary & Benefits:
- Annual Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
