Our client, a top credit fund in New York, NY, is seeking an Operations Associate to join their growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in handling credit and bank debt activities, including structured credit, loans, and asset-backed securities (ABS). This role is focused on hands-on processing tasks such as reconciliations and lifecycle management of loans and securities. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of fixed income experience from an investment management firm. Experience with WSO/Geneva is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed reconciliations of credit and bank debt transactions
  • Manage the lifecycle of loans and securities, ensuring accuracy in all processing stages
  • Process new drawdowns, paydowns, interest, and fees for syndicated and bilateral deals
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and enhance processing efficiency

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in bank debt operations
  • Hands-on experience with reconciliations and lifecycle management of loans and securities
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Advent Geneva
