Mighty & True is seeking a Performance Media Manager to lead, execute, and optimize media strategies that drive measurable growth for our clients. This role will be responsible for managing performance-focused media campaigns, optimizing ad spend, and enhancing strategies through data-driven insights and cross-channel alignment. As a Performance Media Manager, you’ll ensure strategic alignment and continuous improvement through systematic processes, routine audits, and the latest technological optimizations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Focus
- Audit and analyze clients’ media programs, particularly around demand generation and ABM (Account-Based Marketing), to identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop and oversee media campaigns across key platforms, ensuring alignment with client business goals and optimal ad spend utilization.
- Design targeted media strategies based on in-depth audience analysis, supporting both ABM and demand generation objectives.
- Create comprehensive media plans including forecasting, budgeting, and KPI targets to drive impactful campaigns.
- Lead quarterly strategic calibrations with clients to align and adjust media plans based on performance.
- Stay current with media trends, ad platform developments, and targeting innovations, sharing insights with our team.
- Mentor our Digital Marketing team in media strategies, enhancing their skills to build high-performing B2B programs.
Tactical Focus
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms, achieving performance benchmarks as defined by client KPIs.
- Analyze media data continuously to make real-time adjustments for peak campaign performance.
- Produce performance reports with actionable insights to improve media spend and campaign results.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop and refine impactful marketing assets.
- Document processes and best practices to foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
