Overview:
We are seeking a Contract Administrator with experience in property management and a strong understanding of lease agreements, vendor contracts, and service agreements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and supporting the smooth operation of property management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Review & Management: Draft, review, and manage property-related contracts, including lease agreements, maintenance contracts, and vendor agreements.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure that all contracts align with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.
- Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain a well-organized system for storing, tracking, and managing contract-related documentation, ensuring all paperwork is up to date.
- Collaboration: Work closely with property owners, legal teams, and vendors to address and resolve any contractual issues, disputes, or concerns.
- Contract Renewals & Amendments: Handle the renewal and amendment process for contracts, ensuring all parties are aware of critical timelines and terms.
- Lease Compliance Monitoring: Oversee compliance with lease agreements, including rent payments, maintenance schedules, and tenant responsibilities, ensuring everything is being executed as agreed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Property Management Expertise: Solid understanding of property management laws, lease agreements, and related terms.
- Strong Communication & Negotiation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and resolve contract disputes.
- Contract Management Software: Familiarity with contract management systems to track, store, and organize contracts.
- Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and resolving contractual disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
