Labor Compliance Admin / Manager for Heavy Civil Union and non-union,
The Labor Compliance Administrator is responsible for all aspects of project compliance. Under the supervision of the CFO, the Labor Compliance Administrator performs various functions to ensure Construction subcontractors are compliant from the onset to the end of a project. Office is in 91733 area and because of documents this must be a in office position. No remote
Significant Duties:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Develop and implement compliance programs and initiatives
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization
- Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory agencies
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of contracts.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail to identify potential compliance issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey compliance requirements to employees
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
