  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Were seeking a highly skilled and experienced in Retirement Plan Managment to oversee the administration, regulatory compliance, and financial performance of our clients Pooled Employer Plan (PEP) responsible for ensuring the plan complies with all federal and state regulations, managing fiduciary and operational risks, and overseeing financial analysis and reporting..Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, including Form 5500 and other required documents.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in retirement plan administratio, compliance, or related fields

Strong understanding of ERISA, the SECURE Act, IRS guidelines, Retirement, and fiduciary reponsibilities

Experience in financial analysis, risk managment, and compliance in a retirement plan context
