We are looking for a candidate with the skills set mentioned and experience for one of our major clients within the sales industry. The company is an American multinational off-price department store corporation, headquartered in Massachusetts. This is a Remote role. Open to contract and convertible talent.

Position Summary/Responsibilities:

This position will be working on the client s Workforce Management solution within the Back of Stores domain. They will be migrating the client s WFM platform from WFC to PRO and have a delivery date of March 2027. (Multi-year program).

- Analyzes complex cross functional business processes and defines integrated requirements.
- Facilitates the design of integrated solutions (process, technical & organizational).
- Ensures the end to end solution is proven to deliver the required business results.
- Drives adoption of the designed processes and solution use with stakeholders.
- Communicates with business SMEs to ensure expectations are kept in line with project status.
- Drives the definition, testing, training, and implementation of functional requirements.
- Upon implementation, drives & supports the knowledge transfer to Global Production Support.
- Develop, monitor and track plans to create the BA deliverables on an assigned project.
- Creates/revises/executes the following deliverables using industry standard techniques as applicable, including but not limited to:

• Process Maps.
• Data Flow Diagrams.
• Requirements Specifications.
• Functional Design & configuration.
• Use Case Scenarios.
• Acceptance Testing.
• Coordinate user activities during the project life cycle, develop, execute and validate user acceptance test plans and implementation support.
• Maintains focus on process analysis with an understanding of technical problems and solutions and the relationship to the business environment.
• Business process mapping.
• Functional and technical gap analysis.
• Analyzes overall project considerations and builds the business rationale to provide an ROI and a concrete solution recommendation.
• Facilitate gathering of functional requirements.
• Supports Testing requirements (if applicable).

Required Skills/Experience/Education:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (required).
• Must have experience with test strategies and manual testing for UKG PRO (required).
• Risk & compliance management for PRO (UKG WFM) - Mandatory.
• Have experience with the UKG WFM platforms (WFC & PRO) (required).
• Understanding of SOX Compliance (Mandatory).
• Agile SAFe methodology (Mandatory).
• Understand/have practiced the Agile delivery Methodology (required).
• Used JIRA and Confluence to document stories, features/requirements (required).
• Project management experience (but we are not looking for Project Managers).
• Has great written and oral communication skills.
• Is comfortable working the grey and fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent work experience.

• Employment Type: Corp. to Corp., and CTH.
• Contracting Length: 12+ months with potential for extension (s).
• Job Location: Remote - Anywhere in the USA.
• Contracting Rate: $75/hr. on C2C OR $65/hr. on W2.
