Director of Specification Sales - Architectural Lighting


We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Director of Specification Sales - Architectural Lighting to lead our North American expansion in the architectural lighting industry. This role is pivotal in shaping our growth strategy, driving significant revenue expansion, and establishing a strong market presence. As the Director, you will collaborate closely with leadership to build and implement a high-impact sales strategy, establishing and strengthening relationships with key clients and industry partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies that drive exponential growth and position us as a leading force in the market.

  • Spearhead direct sales efforts and manage a network of representative agencies, initially focused on U.S. market penetration.

  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with high-value clients and industry influencers to ensure sustainable business growth.
