Our client is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join their innovative team. In this role, you will support the maintenance, upgrades, and compliance needs of critical projects, ensuring effective operations. Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, iteration planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage engineering development projects and oversee sprint releases.
- Create or analyze business requirements documents and establish project timelines.
- Drive team iteration execution and communicate effectively with management and stakeholders.
- Handle project conflicts, challenges, and evolving business requirements to maintain high performance.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve issues and address project roadblocks.
- Conduct post-mortem and root cause analysis to improve team practices and maximize productivity.
- Maintain team data in project management software (e.g., JIRA) to support estimates and execution tracking.
- Provide high-level project summaries for senior management.
- Support product owners in managing team dynamics, priorities, and scope.
Must Have's:
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field and ten (10) years of relevant experience.
- A minimum of four (4) years of Scrum Master experience within the DoD/military industry.
- Scrum Master certification from a nationally recognized certifying organization.
- Active Top Secret security clearance.
Location: Onsite work in Charleston, SC. (Posible Hybrid)
Salary: $120,000 - $165,000
