Our client is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join their innovative team. In this role, you will support the maintenance, upgrades, and compliance needs of critical projects, ensuring effective operations. Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, iteration planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Manage engineering development projects and oversee sprint releases.
  • Create or analyze business requirements documents and establish project timelines.
  • Drive team iteration execution and communicate effectively with management and stakeholders.
  • Handle project conflicts, challenges, and evolving business requirements to maintain high performance.
  • Collaborate with team leads to resolve issues and address project roadblocks.
  • Conduct post-mortem and root cause analysis to improve team practices and maximize productivity.
  • Maintain team data in project management software (e.g., JIRA) to support estimates and execution tracking.
  • Provide high-level project summaries for senior management.
  • Support product owners in managing team dynamics, priorities, and scope.

Must Have's:

  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field and ten (10) years of relevant experience.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of Scrum Master experience within the DoD/military industry.
  • Scrum Master certification from a nationally recognized certifying organization.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance.



Location: Onsite work in Charleston, SC. (Posible Hybrid)

Salary: $120,000 - $165,000
