About the Role We are seeking a certified Workday Lead with a focus on Core HCM and Compensation a to support and lead a Job Architecture transformation project.
Key Responsibilities
Experience in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, from planning and design phases through testing and deployment for Job Architecture transformation projects.
This will require strong skills in Workday HCM and Compensation, with a good understanding of related modules.
Effectively owns and leads small to large deliverables, while managing customer expectations.
Manages self and team member(s) work to project scope, timeline, risk, and budget. Coordinates with others when applicable.
Listens to client request, assesses actual client need, provides subjective matter expertise, proposes alternatives, and recommends solution(s).
Uses strong presentation, communication, listening and consultative skills to guide and drive discussions.
May work occasionally at a client's office. Up to 30% travel. Knowledge, Education, Skills & Technical Proficiencies
4-5 years relevant Workday HCM lead experience (deployments and/or AMS)
Currently certified in one or more HCM areas. As a Workday partner UST can maintain and expand your Workday certifications.
Proven consultative skills to guide client and internal discussions to agreement of solutions in a timely manner
Experience implementing complex, practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
Able to articulate to clients, lessons learned from previous client experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change
Demonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client satisfaction
Proven experience demonstrating initiative and curiosity to build skills in other areas by leveraging available trainings and Workday documentation
Experience defining global HR business and systems strategy, developing system requirements, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
Leading and working with offshore teams (nice-to-have)
