IO Datasphere, Inc. has been providing project management, software development and IT staff augmentation services to our clients in the Midwest and throughout the U.S. since 1996. We are an approved vendor on contract to provide software development and IT staff augmentation services for the States of Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. We also provide these services to businesses, as well as local and county governments, in the Midwest and nationwide.
Our client is looking for a Systems Architect to assist with the design and development of current internal business systems, working with the Lead. Possesses experience in software design and development with a focus on the integration of internal business systems across multiple functional areas, notably finance/accounting, financial transaction processing, supply chain transaction processing, etc. This position will also work with general supervision and priorities will be coordinated & approved by the Lead. The Systems Architect will be required to transition from their current software packages to the new system.
Tasks:
Provide, or be able to perform, the following to support the existing system:
- Software, phone, and electronic support for various locations.
- New software installations with one-on-one training
- Data conversion from source legacy to target systems
- Participation in meetings to support and enhance system.
- Provide system & process training to small and large groups
- Software and system enhancements to the existing Oracle version 19c database
- Import/export integration programs to transfer data
- SharePoint site administration (limited duties)
- Release management for periodic software releases

NOTE: Candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. Candidate must be willing to come onsite semi-annually.

Skills Required:
- 5+ years - Systems Architect capabilities / experience
- 5+ years - SQL/PL SQL experience
- 5+ years - Object-orient programming languages using Virtual Component Library (VCL)
- 5+ years - Windows Server 2015+
- 5+ years - MS Windows 11 Enterprise experience
- 5+ years - Extensive knowledge of a Windows-based application target platform and software development tools
- 5+ years - Oracle RDBMS experience
- 5+ years - PL/SQL Developer experience
- 5+ years - Oracle DB Admin Tools, Enterprise Manager experience
- Experience in design and integration of business applications and enterprise IT infrastructure. Designs IT infrastructure components and architecture
- Experience with design and development of custom modules/solutions and the integration of these components with packaged solutions
- Proven methodology experience for complex systems integration projects and demonstrated ability to achieve deliverables on time and on budget
- Extensive background in software analysis, design, development, testing and implementation
- Broad range of networking infrastructure experience
Skills Desired A plus to have:
- Delphi programming experience using RAD Studio 2007+
- Basic Accounting experience
