RESPONSIBILITIES
Main Activities:
Identify key stakeholders, develop and foster these relationships.
Pro-actively conduct market analysis/benchmarking and track market trends.
Develop and manage supplier portfolio and undertake supplier negotiations and drive
savings.
Identify opportunities for increased competitive bidding, smarter supplier relations and
more efficient Procurement processes
Ensure compliance to the Global Purchasing Policy and all other specific policies
Daily review and approval of purchasing requests in Universal Workflow
Manage global projects and integrations
Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure accuracy and finalize SOW and
PO's
Create and negotiate Services Agreements
Review and approve vendor extension and change requests
Manage Rfp's
Contract management
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Desired knowledge of Marketing (PR, Sponsorships, Events, etc.)
Desired knowledge of SAP systems and tools
Strong organizational skills
Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Ability to support cross functional teams
Time management and ability to meet deadline driven requirements
