We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics Technical Consultant with over 5 years of experience to join our team.
This role is ideal for a technically strong professional with extensive knowledge in cloud environments and implementations, who is looking to step into a leadership position.
candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless Dynamics 365 integrations and customizations, as well as managing cloud-based configurations and migrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Development & Customization: Conduct business rules customizations, plugin development, and other Dynamics 365 development tasks to support business operations.
Systems Configuration: Create custom forms, charts, and dashboards to meet business requirements, enhancing user experience and system functionality.
Cloud Migration & Integration: Support the migration of on-premises Dynamics systems to Dynamics 365, ensuring seamless transition and data integrity.
Project Execution: Organize and execute technical solutions, aligning with project goals and timelines; communicate effectively across teams to drive project success.
Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; provide guidance with potential to grow into a team lead position.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics, with strong understanding of Dynamics 365 and on-prem environments.
Proficiency in software engineering, including SQL Server, ASP.NET, C#.
Experience with enterprise development tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio.
Cloud Experience:
Hands-on experience with Azure and Dynamics 365 cloud environments.
Proven ability to implement and support cloud solutions.
Communication & Organizational Skills:
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
Organized and proactive, with a track record of executing projects successfully and efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with both on-prem and Dynamics 365 environments, especially migrations from on-prem to Dynamics 365.
