A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Analyst to work on their ongoing project in the Richmond, VA office.
Below are the additional details of this role:
Required Skills:
We need a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in the following.
- Ability to work with, update, and maintain HRIS databases
- Understanding of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to keep information confidential.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred
This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and is open for anyone with valid work authorization in the US. H1B transfer candidates are more than welcome to apply for this role.
