Business Analyst - 100% remote 12 month contract

$60-70 per hour on w2, 35 hour work week, 2 virtual interviews.

Must Have:

Experience with HR technology implementation
5+ years on business analyst experience
Tech savvy understanding user cases quickly
Analytic skills to identify business requirements and translate them into use cases
Bachelors degree

Translates ideas and business needs into detailed business requirements to facilitate the successful design and implementation of processes and/or technology relating to Business Service projects. Leads process-oriented service improvement initiatives across collaborative and cross-functional groups. Implements technology or non-technology solutions and manage implementation projects for successful delivery, including developing test scenarios/plans and coordinating testing. Collaborates with stakeholders across the organization, including service and process managers, to realize specific outcomes.
