About the Job:

We are looking for a Data Migration Analyst to perform the analysis to migrate DB2-LUW data to a PostgreSQL environment. The candidate will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and validating data migration, ensuring data integrity is accurate.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Four years of related experience OR MASTERS degree

Experience with data migration processes (5 Years)

Experience with SQL and creating Stored Procedures (5 Years)

Experience with a relational database, such as DB2, SQL Server (3 Years)

Experience with PostgreSQL (1 Years)

Experience with DBeaver Tool orIBM Data Studio (1 Years)

Experience with Erwin Data Modeling Tool (1 Years)

Experience with Microsoft Windows Server (1 Years)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute data migration strategies, including data cleansing and validation processes to ensure data quality

Create complex SQL scripts and stored procedures for ETL process

Work with Application Development SME's to ensure data is mapped properly and ensure the ETL process is optimized

Maintain documentation and status on a SharePoint site

Experience with Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) tools SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and DB2-LUW export utilities

Strong knowledge of Unemployment Insurance (UI) Benefits and Tax

Strong knowledge of data mapping process and best practices
