Description:
The client is looking for a Software Tester to join their team. This Tester will be supporting a State of MI - Dept. of Health and Human Services project. 2 days a week on-site in Lansing, MI.
This will be for the BPH Project Fresh project. This is a COTS solution with very limited customization.
This would be a six-month contract.
Here are some general responsibilities for the position:
o Attend requirements and design workshops to understand testing needs from Design
o Assist with development of Test Cases.
o Assist with the execution of Test Cases.
o Assist with logging and tracking of defects including suggest initial
o Retest addressed defects previously raised and document the outcome of the retest.
o Ensure traceability is maintained.
o Participate in review of Test Cases.
o Attend Triage meetings (as required).
