Senior Project Managers (Supply Chain and Merchandising - Business Facing)
We are seeking a Senior Project Managers to join our team, focusing on supply chain and merchandising. This role requires working closely with developers and QA teams, and directly with IT partners (SDLC), not infrastructure. Candidates must be proficient in JIRA, hold CAPM, PMP, or CSM certification.
Senior Project Manager (Business-Facing)
Focus: Strategic business relationships and high-level requirements.
Responsibilities:
-Engage with business stakeholders to understand strategy and create a vision.
-Translate high-level requirements to the engineering team.
-Manage a task force addressing pain points in supply chain systems.
-Facilitate roadmap projects and meetings, working with RVA to gather requirements.
-Handle up to 5 large projects, collaborating with directors and VPs in supply chain and merchandising.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Key Requirements:
- Supply Chain and Merchandising Expertise: Experience with JDA, WMS, Blue Yonder.
- IT Collaboration: Must work directly with IT partners, understanding both business and technical language.
- JIRA Proficiency: Experience with JIRA, with plans to expand its functionality next year.
- Certifications: CAPM, PMP, or CSM required.
