Typical Day in the Role
Purpose of the Team: This team is the Azure database support for the client.
Key projects: Please see the job description at the bottom. They will work on support tickets to resolve problems. The role is primarily transactional in nature meaning they will work with any customer who can open a support ticket with the team. No coding is needed but primarily need analytical thinking as a key skill to troubleshoot technical situations.
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 20% meetings, 80% case management.
